I'm shook at what she shared... DCL #72

Imagine getting let go from your role, landing a new role, getting let go again due to restructuring, landing a new role, leaving due to the toxic workplace and finally landing a new role once again.

All in 12 months.

Sometimes life just throws it at you.

I had a past client catch me up on her life and she shared that THIS WAS HER YEAR.

Uggghhh.

Not what I wanted to hear.

But what she said next made my day.

She said that because of our work, she had the skills and confidence to find and land a new role - every single time.

In fact, she said that she decreased her time on the job search from an average of 45 days to just 21.

Wow.

How, you might ask? She learned a repeatable system that is now her job search superpower.

Whenever I work with new clients my goal is to work myself out of a job.

Why?

I want each of my clients to learn the job search skills they need to navigate the job market as an expert.

This means increased salaries, faster time to a new role and more clarity on what to do next.

Sure, a lot of my clients come back to me when they’re on the hunt again because of the support, insight and accountability they receive. But many don’t.

And I’m okay with that.

In fact, I celebrate that. It means I’ve done my job.

So, if you find yourself feeling stuck about what to do next or need to level up your job search skills, I’d love to support you.

I’m opening up new spots this month to meet one-on-one with individuals who want to change jobs (or careers!). The catch? You have to be someone who is willing to invest in yourself and gain the skills you need to successfully job search - this is the way to build a better life for you and your loved ones.

I’ll see you on the other side!
